By accessing or using BuildAxis, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BuildAxis provides a construction project management platform that enables users to manage projects, documents, workflows, and communications.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To use BuildAxis, you must create an account.

You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BuildAxis, including:

• Drawings
• RFIs
• Defects
• Claims
• SWMS
• Photos and documents
• Communications

By uploading content, you grant BuildAxis a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display the content
• Enable collaboration within your organization
• Provide platform functionality

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Upload harmful, malicious, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with system performance
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

BuildAxis may provide AI-assisted features (e.g., summaries, suggestions, auto-fill).

You acknowledge that:
• AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before use
• AI features are provided “as is” without guarantees

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:
• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Update the platform at any time

If applicable:
• Access to certain features may require payment
• Fees are billed as agreed (subscription or per project)
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

While we take reasonable measures to protect data:
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data
• We are not liable for data loss

We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate these Terms
• There is misuse of the platform
• Required by law

You may stop using the Services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BuildAxis shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Errors in project data or AI outputs

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:
• Accuracy of data
• Continuous availability
• That the platform will be error-free

All rights to the BuildAxis platform, including design, software, and branding, are owned by BuildAxis.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

The platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
